Directions

Remove top and bottom strip from backer
With both hands apply upper strip to the top teeth
With both hands apply lower strip to the bottom teeth
Leave for 30 minutes
Remove, rinse with water, or brush with Oral Essentials Whitening Toothpaste
Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after use
