“ Despite this being an e-book that can be send as a PDF or via a link where I can download the book I did not receive it. I've logged a ticket and was told to e-mail the seller. I e-mailed the seller and got no reaction. I added a note to the ticket saying that I still did not receive the book and got no reaction to my e-mail. Support asked me: Did you receive anything from the ECA? Did my note not say I got nothing? ”

“ This is the only book out of four books I purchased at the TripleClicks store which I have been able to access. This is because the book came attached to the email hence it was very easy to access. However, I was surprised that the book is in word format instead of pdf with a different cover page from the one advertised. So I asked myself "why is this book not being sold in the normal digital formats like pdf, epub, kindle etc but in a word format" and this put me off straight away. While the content of the book appears to be good, the formatting is poor and sub-standard. I will advice that this book be improved through proper formatting and also converted into a standard digital format instead of being sold in a word format. ”
